Our 120-acre agricultural farm stretches across rolling hills of fertile land, adorned with magnificent cedar and bamboo trees. The site once housed a banana packaging plant for exports and is now home to a herd of cattle and goats.

Palmetto Falls is fed by the Rio Sambre River (a tributary of the Rio Nuevo). The falls feature a majestic 50-foot waterfall nestled among lush gardens and trees. Several natural pools surround the area, with a calm pool above the waterfall that's ideal for children and casual swimmers.For our more adventurous guests, experience the exhilarating waters of the falls and explore the natural pools surrounding it.

Our farm-to-table experience features the freshest ingredients from our land and local farmers. Our skilled chefs create authentic Jamaican dishes using seasonal produce, herbs, and spices grown right here at Palmetto Falls.
